At Vylorco, we stand behind the manufacturing quality of our premium pickup truck roller shutters and accessories. Because our products are heavy, bulky industrial goods shipped via specialized international logistics, our return and refund procedures are strictly defined to protect both parties.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before requesting a return.


1. 30-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The product must be completely uninstalled, unused, and unmodified.
  • The product must be in its original industrial packaging, including all timber framing, protective foam, brackets, hardware packs, and remote controls (for electric models).
  • You must provide the original Vylorco order number and valid proof of purchase.

2. WRONG FITMENT & “CHANGE OF MIND” RETURNS

We heavily encourage all buyers to double-check their truck’s Make, Model, Year, and Bed Length before dispatch. If you wish to return an item due to ordering the wrong size/model or a change of mind:

  • Return Logistics: The Buyer is 100% responsible for arranging and paying for all return cross-border freight costs, local trucking fees, and any customs re-entry documentation fees.
  • Restocking Fee: All change of mind or wrong vehicle selection returns are subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted directly from your final refund amount to cover factory repackaging and inspection infrastructure.
  • Transit Risks: Vylorco is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend utilizing a tracked and insured heavy freight courier.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (DURING TRANSIT)

Since our premium alloy shutters travel across ocean networks, minor outer packaging wear may occur. However, if the functional hardware arrives damaged or defective:

  • 48-Hour Reporting Rule: You must inspect the cargo immediately upon arrival and report any structural damage or missing parts to Vylorco via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Proof: You must provide clear unboxing photos and videos showing the shipping label, the outer crate condition, and the specific damage to the product.
  • Resolution: Once verified by our factory technicians, Vylorco will either dispatch replacement parts (such as replacement slats, side rails, or a new electric motor) free of charge or arrange a partial/full compensation. Do not attempt to install a damaged product, as installation voids transit damage claims.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Any product that has been partially or fully installed onto a vehicle tub.
  • Any drive motors or wiring harnesses that have been short-circuited due to improper uncertified DIY auto-electrical wiring.
  • Products damaged due to off-road accidents, vehicle overloading, or altering factory structures.
  • Orders intercepted while the shipping container is already in transit on the ocean.

5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you must follow our official protocol:

  2. Provide your Order Number and detailed photos showing the pristine condition of the unopened packaging.
  3. Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with the authorized return warehouse address. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your returned heavy cargo arrives at our designated inspection center, our warehouse team will inspect the items to verify their condition.

  • If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee and initial unrecoverable freight costs if applicable) will be processed automatically.
  • The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
